3. Google Sign-In data
Google Sign-In is an optional way to create or access a customer account. If you choose it, we request only the openid, profile and email scopes. Google may provide your name, verified email address and a unique Google account identifier. We use those details only to create, locate, secure and sign you into your The Cliniks customer account.
We do not receive or store your Google password. We do not request your Google contacts, Drive files, Gmail messages or other Google product data, and we do not store Google access or refresh tokens for this sign-in flow.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- create and secure customer accounts;
- process orders, payments, delivery, returns and customer support;
- send service messages such as confirmations and account notices;
- prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
- understand website performance and improve usability; and
- meet applicable legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

You can disconnect The Cliniks from your Google Account at Google Account connections. Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete orders or other records held by The Cliniks; contact us if you also want to request deletion of your The Cliniks account.
9. Children
The website and customer accounts are not directed to children under 18. A parent or legal guardian should make healthcare purchases or submit personal information for a minor.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The revision date at the top shows when the latest version took effect. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
