Thecliniks Returns Policy

• Items shipped from thecliniks can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions.
• To determine if a product sold by thecliniks has a longer return timeline, locate the product type below. If the product type isn't listed or doesn't state another returns time frame, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
• If you have returned an item to thecliniks by mistake or included something not intended for thecliniks in a return, see Mistaken Returns.

Mistaken Returns

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

Amazon does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible

Note: If your return has been rejected, it will be sent back to you within 3-5 working days. If you fail to receive the item within 3 attempts, it will be sent to scrap.

1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on thecliniks website. Return request must be raised within 7 days for thecliniks site items.

Valid reasons to return an item

1. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective )
2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items).
3. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/colour, fake item, or expired)
4. Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
